P-EAR-S Sàrl offers a limited warranty from the date of invoice as defined below:

Exclusion of warranty rights
Any problems resulting from improper use, damage, unauthorized repair or disassembly. Incorrect maintenance, no comply with the operating instructions or use of non-original accessories and cable damage are excluded from the warranty.

  1. For the P-EAR-S Shop online buying

    Use our “Registration Repair Form” to record your detailed request (description of the issue, fitting area,…)

  2. For the P-EAR-S Retailer buying

    Your issue should be addressed to the point of sale of your product.

In either case, return your in-ear earphones in their original packaging or in a package that offers the same level of protection.

Repairs under warranty will be returned to you without any shipping costs.

YES. Despite your IEM are “out of warranty” we would take care of them.

  2. For the P-EAR-S Retailer buying

    Your issue should be addressed to the point of sale of your product.

In either case, return your in-ear earphones in their original packaging or in a package that offers the same level of protection.

Repairs “out of warranty” will be returned to you according the applied shipping costs.

Oh Sorry if you’re facing to a poor fitting, but don’t worry we would take care about them in order to optimize your fiiting.

All further information which could help us to locate the defective area are welcome.

Is your level output lower thant expected?

Did you tried to clean the sound bore output with the delivered “cleaning brush” according the instruction in the User Guide?

If yes and they are no change,

YES. We would be glad to use your own design for make your IEM unique!

What are the requirenebts?

Any picture with no transparent zones. No metallic color possible.

The recommended image size must be 6cm x 6cm (2.36″ x 2.36″) with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
IMPORTANT note that for very detailed artwork, some detail may be lost in the final shape and size of the in-ear monitor.

By submitting your personal design order, you ensure that the artwork, logos, graphics, text, or other file uploaded for in-ear monitors

  1. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This applies only to Universal series to the exception of Custom in-ear monitors (IEMs) (as goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized).

The standard lead time is 2-5 weeks from the payment and we get your Ear Impressions (for the Custom Made orders only)

Without any specific request from the customer the ear impressions are destructed after they have been 3D scanned.

If you want to recieve them back, please write back your request using the “CUSTOMER NOTE” at the checkout.

YES. We propose world wide shipping. Please consider the custom taxes of your country.
